Hide less link and auto hide "read more" when selection changes

Thanks for great plugin easy to use and working like a charm. My problem is: instead of show a “LESS” link to click and close the read more, I need to does not display the LESS AND auto hide the Read More when I click in another read more in the same page. See my page in http://rache.me/betavita in the part “Nossas Técnicas”.
