It is confliction issue, so please following steps.
Go to plugin directory->progress-bar-wp->assets->css.
Open bootstap.css file and comment or delete the code between line number 991 to 1045.
We will update our plugin so next time no issue with our plugin.

I have tried several times with different sub-domains but got the same result. You can check it on https://demo.bloggerzia.com/sample-page/
PS. Only the Footer menu appears. The Top and the Main menu do not show on the blog.
