Can I hide some menu items which I don’t use every day, but at the same time I need to save functionality which configured in hided plugins active. Is it possible with your plugin ?

Yes, I think so. When you hide a plugin menu item, it doesn’t deactivate the plugin. It just prevents access to that specific item.
