    Hi,
I am using the Groups plugin in combination with FormidablePro to create an event management system. I have different pages, some which list all events (for the admins) and some which list only a few events (for the users). I don’t want the links for the pages for the users to appear in the menu on the frontend when an admin is browsing the site.

I created a permission and assigned them to every group but the admin group, but the menu items are still displayed to the admins.

Am I missing something or is it true that it’s not possible to hide pages from the admin of the site in the frontend?

    Hi,

Have you checked if the admin override is disabled under Groups > Options :

    “Administrator Access Override

[ ] Administrators override all access permissions derived from Groups capabilities.”

    Cheers
