You can enable the option This layer does not have choices.
You’ll then be limited to one option for that layer, so create as many layers as you need for those non-configurable options.

It should be just above that.

thanks for the clarification. It is currently set to “Multiple Choice”, I guess that is why the field was not selectable. If I understand you correctly this means that the current multiple choice layer must be converted in as many simple layers as needed for the non-configurable options and only then they can be hidden?

I suppose it depends on what you want to do.
If those layers are only “decorative”, the best solution would be to convert them to simple layers indeed. This way, they’re just ignored in the order, but only used visually.
If it’s for a different purpose, then it depends.
In any case, multiple choice layers require to manually select items for them to be shown.
