Hide on posts

Hi, I’d like to hide the chat on all posts. But the “Hide on Posts” doesn’t seem to work.

“POST, PAGE IDS TO HIDE” works but it is just too much work to manually add each post ID after publishing.

I’ve followed the https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/basic-troubleshooting-2/ and https://mobilemonkey.com/wp-chatbot/show-hide-messenger-based-on-type-of-the-page/ but still no luck.

Any suggestions?

Also, just noticed that the hide on category doesn’t work either:

We are working on the fix and it will be released with the next update. Expected to be released by the end of this week.

The issue is fixed in the latest plugin update, please Upgrade Now in plugins section and add pages/post IDs. The feature should be working.

Hi @ingasupranovich there is no upgrade notice, but I do see that the installed plugin version is 4.1.2

unfortunately, it still doesn’t work, I also see that these don’t work either:
Hide on – Home Page
Hide on – Front Page
Greetings Dialog Display: Fade

I’d have to install the plugin on another website to check if the issue is site/theme relates or on the plugin itself.

Any suggestion is welcome, I really like the simplicity and options and wouldn’t want to switch to another one.

Please download the latest from here https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-chatbot/
It has the same version number though it has the fix for hiding chat widget on the page.
Just tested that case and it works, for Fade, hide etc.

Also, make sure you are testing in Incognito mode and the cache is not affecting it.

Please try to use the latest update.
