Yes, those are from our plugin. You placed them under question 7 in our plugin. There you can remove them again.

Ok, got it. It seems that something on your theme is defining an element at the bottom as “Post” also, hence it gets placed there too. Maybe can you ask your theme creator about it? Or you place the icons via shortcode only in the places where you want to have them.
