I am trying to hide a plugin for a specific user and there is no option for it in Custom Capabilities.

How can I add it for this specific plugin. The plugin is: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/admin-menu-editor/

It uses ‘manage_options’ capability.
It is possible to hide selected menu item for selected role with the same ‘Admin menu editor’ plugin (Pro version is needed possibly).
The same is possible with ‘admin menu access’ add-on to the User Role Editor Pro:
