Do you mean some admin menu items added by plugins?

Yes. The links on the left side of Admin page.
The clients can have the Administration permition, but won´t see the plugins installed

It is possible to achieve with Pro version admin menu access add-on:
https://www.role-editor.com/block-admin-menu-items

While it does not allow to block anything to the built-in ‘administrator’ role, it’s possible to create a copy of ‘administrator’ role and apply needed restrictions to it.
