Hide post from particular category

    Hi
    I want to hide all the posts of a particular category from my home page of blog, And I will list that category in navigation bar so anyone who want to see all the posts from that particular category can see from there only.
    here is my blog blog

    here you will find a category “Aaj Ki Tithi” I just want to hide posts of this category from home page and want to list them all under Tithi in Navigation bar.
