Hide posts in subcategories

    I’m working on creating a template, and can’t seem to find any resolution to this.

    I’m working on a category page, and am looking for a way to display only the posts that are directly in the current category. If the posts are in a subdirectory, I do not want them displayed.

    Any ideas?
