Hide posts on Portfolio theme?

Hello,

I love this plugin, works perfectly for my posts and pages. But my theme is a portfolio theme, therefore my front page is a ‘projects’ and not ‘posts’. So when I edit a project the wp-hide post menu dosent appear 🙁

Is it possible to hide projects too? Please help!
