1. To hide widget and menu items, it will require custom snippets. If you have a PRO license, you can request it through our Premium Support Forum and our agents will be happy to provide it.

3. There could be several reason why this issue happen. We suggest you to follow these steps:
– Make sure you are using the most updated versions of Youzify, WordPress & your theme.
– Deactivate all of your plugins. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.
– If you have a caching plugin, make sure you deactivate it, or even better – purge the cache.
– Change your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentySeventeen (or other default WordPress theme).
