Hi,
Don’t use the ‘hide other rates when free is available’ setting and it won’t hide other options.
Cheers,
Jeroen
Hi Jeroen,
Issue with that option it shows Free shipping and Standard shipping separately as different option. We are giving standard shipping as free shipping for orders above 5000/-
It should show 2 options (when free shipping is available:
1) Free Shipping
2) Air Shipping
Instead it shows 3:
1) Standard Shipping
2) Air Shipping
3) Free Shipping
I’m looking to accomplish something similar. I’d prefer the “Flat Rate Shipping – $9.95” to not be shown if Free Shipping is available (for us it’s over $99), but I still want to show Fedex rates if someone needs their order overnight.
Using ‘hide other rates when free is available’ turns off all the Fedex options. Not using it makes the Flat Rate appear first, above the (selected) Free Shipping option, which is odd.
Any way to make just the Flat Rate option disappear if over $99, or at least make the selected Free Shipping option be on the top of the list?
Thanks.
@arbaazsha @allenfreeman the Advanced Shipping plugin may be the solution here. If you can setup the standard shipping rate with the conditions to only appear below $5000 it will not show up when its above the threshold..
I purchased your paid plugin but it isn’t working on my conditions.
I set up the suggested condition of do not show for pricing above 5000/- but issue is for products below 5000 I have different rates for 7 different shipping classes for each region. And different prices for each shipping class is not there when I migrate a shipping rate to shipping methods using your plugin.
Kindly suggest if I am missing anything here and I can still make use of it to achieve my requirements.
