Hide SMTP settings feature

    Hello,

    As it is in our case, we already use custom SMTP settings for the entire WP installation so no need for custom settings just for this plugin.

    It will be very useful to have a filter (or maybe a constant in wp-config) to hide this feature.

    Keeping it there it brings the potential for errors from some users to mess around with the settings.
