What do you mean by hiding the system logs? Do you want to restrict access to the logs just for you (or a number of users) or you want the plugin to keep a log of less changes?

I want to hide system logs and see just users what they are doing.
The best way to do this is as follows:
1) Keep a not of the IDs of the events you do not want to see in the logs
2) Disable those event IDs
Refer to the document how to disable activity log events for more information about this.
