Hide tag list

Hi, I’m using a post form that works correctly except for one annoying thing. The post tags input box keeps searching for similar tags and displaying them in a list as the user writes. The list remains there even after clicking elsewhere, so it’s difficult to see what’s underneath. How can I disable this tag list so it doesn’t show up?
