hide the READ MORE button from posts grid

    1) Hi, I need to hide the button READ MORE from the home page of the blogs grid, but I can’t find this function in the admin panel.
    2) I need also to hide the breadcrumbs between the README button and the featured images/thumbnails of the posts.
    Any helps?
    BEcause the home is temporarily hidden to the logged off users, I created a subscription test user that will permit you to see the homepage to check better my needings:
