Hide thumbnails

Hello and Happy New Year!

This plugin only hides post content. However, in general, his approach to hiding content suits me more than others. The main problem is that no plugin hides the post thumbnail, let alone the title.
At a minimum, complete hiding of a record works with password protection.
But the password option doesn’t work for me. I need to choose which role the user can view different records, and which records can be viewed by any authorized user.

Is it possible to add thumbnail hiding to this plugin?
