I would like to check the forrm settings, possible to share the form export so that we could have a better idea?

If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form, then you can duplicate your form, remove any sensitive information, and then export it.
You can share the export file via Google Drive in the next reply.

I have seen another problem i need to hide all the rules ( Rxx) to have a correct page , but when i did it the rule dont’ work ( the range is not applied)

Thanks for sharing the form export; however, I couldn’t find the visibility condition when I checked the calculation field based on your screenshot.
This is what I notice in the exported form:

Should I check a different calculation field? If yes, could you please mention which field we should be looking at?
Or you can re-upload a new form export with the visibility conditions which causes the issue, so that we could give a closer look.

Thank you for getting back to us.
To investigate the issue further, I imported the form to a test website on my end and tried to reproduce the problem. However, I was not able to observe the same behavior, and everything appeared to work as expected during my testing.
Do you have any cache enabled on your website? Can you please clear all the cache on your website once an update is made on the Forminator form and check if that helps to resolve the issue?
If the issue persists, would it be possible for you to share a screen record of the issue so that we can have a better understanding of the issue?
