Hide unused conditional group fields

Hi, is there a way to hide the unused conditional fields from email?

The user selects Area and depending on the area they selected, the relevant list of municipalities appear (groups).

Is there a way to only want the municipality group that was selected and hide the ones that were not?

Is that feasible?
