    Hello.

I have had the plugin working correctly for two years, but today when updating I had a problem: the plugin does not hide the filters with 0 results, despite being configured to do so.

For example, if I’m in a category where the filter has 10 attributes but only 5 of them contain products, it shows all 10 attributes. Before, it would only show the 5 that contain some product.

Hide values without products option is enabled and filters set to ‘AND’. They also do not disappear as filters are combined. In short, the attributes never disappear and are always visible despite being configured correctly.

What could be causing this problem?

    Hello,

Please provide your site url where we can see the filters.

What version of our plugin was before the update?

    Also check plugin settings page
    – tab Addons – is ‘Additional Tables’ add-on active?
    – tab General – what value has option ‘Values count and output’?

    Regards,
    Dmytro

    – tab Addons: I have tried with tab addons active and tab addons inactive.
    – Tab general: All non-empty values are displayed; standard recounting is aplied. However, I have tried with all options.

Before update I had this version: 1.5.5

Please turn on ‘Additional Tables’ and wait while tables will be generated, set Values count and output to third+ option from the list.
When done please open in admin menu WooCommerce -> Status -> Tools and click regenerate for the product search tables.

    Dmytro

I have done both and the regeneration of the product lookup tables is complete. I have deleted cache and the problem is still not solved 🙁

    Any other idea?

Based on this url – https://escopetasdebalines.com/carabinas-de-balines/
What values should not be visible there? Could you please provide specific values for me to check?

    Regards,
    Dmytro

For example, in ‘Tipo de arma’, this values:

    Pistolas de bombeo
    Pistolas de CO2
    Pistolas de muelle
    Pistolas de pistón
    Pistolas PCP
    Revólver de CO2

This values have 0 products in results

Those values are hidden under the ‘+ Mostrar más’. This is how it is working for a long time already.

There is no way that those values are not displayed directly if they don’t have results as it could be done before? Before, even as it was filtered, the values that remained without products disappeared to avoid bad user navigation.

As I see it is resolved, right?
