Maybe I am just needing more coffee but… πŸ™‚

I have blocks with a simple scheduale (ie Monday 11:00am-4:0pm)

The block seems to ONLY show if the “hide with schedule” toggle is ENABLED. Maybe it’s the wording, but to me that would mean “hide this BASED on the schedule above and show all other time”

Am I wrong, if you HAVE a schedule like mine is that toggle rewquied to be on? Like I said the wording just seems to be confusing and I am not sure the reason for the toggle or why it needs to be on.

Love the plugin though it solved a huge use case for me, just need to untangle my brain on that toggle.

Okay so I found this article: https://blockvisibilitywp.com/knowledge-base/how-to-use-the-date-time-control/

    Hide When Schedules Apply

By default, the block will be visible if the applied schedule settings are satisfied. Simply toggle the β€œHide when schedules apply” setting to hide the block instead.

BUT the issue I am seeing is it is NOT showing the block with the assigned schedule it is ONLY showing it when that toggle is on so it’s “backwards”. The docs would indicate that with the toggle it overrides the schedule and hides it, but I am not seeing that I am seeing it appear with the toggle on….hence my confusion. Is there a bug maybe? Maybe I an not crazy? What else could be causing this backwards behaviour?

    Hi @ccolotti,

Thanks for reaching out. I just tested on my end and the settings are working as expected.

The control does run off the timezone set on your site. The current time for my local WordPress install is 7:00 am on Friday. I set the following settings:

The block displays on the front end. Toggling “Hide when schedules apply” hides the block.

Let me know if you are still experiencing issues.

    Best,
    Nick
