Hide/remove certain shortcodes

I’m interested in using this developer version of this plugin in some themes we’re making, but would like to be able to hide/customize/remove certain shortcodes from the list. Is there any sort of config for this plugin that would allow us to easily remove shortcodes and/or modify their output (config file, filters, etc)? Thanks!
