hiding / showing fields

    Is it possible to show or hide a field based on the value of another field. For example, if I have a yes/no question – if the user selects no, I want to show a text field that asks why they said no.

    My needs are more complex than the above (would like to show/hide multiple fields), but that this the basic idea. Has anyone been able to do this?
