hierarchy categories

Hello,
is it possible to create and display hierarchical categories? for example a category “IT” and down there a category “display”.

thanks for your reply. just an idea: is it possible to create a custom drop down field and assign it to a category? If a user click on the category, then the custom field will be Show? :-/
I just test it, but when will the custom field visible?

Update: May found a solution. My idea before work and maybe other People can use it:
Step 1: create your categories
Step 2: Create a custom field as a drop down
Step 3: create the “categories” for the second Level
Step 4: assign the custom field to a categorie
Step 5: Smile! =)Now if a Support user choose a category with linked custom field (drop down) the second Level will visible automatically.
It is limited to two Levels but it´s aktually enough for usHave a great day!
