Hierarchy error

Hello, I’ve gone into metaslider to update my images however I can’t change or create a new slideshow as I keep getting this error:

HierarchyRequestError: Failed to execute ‘insertBefore’ on ‘Node’: The new child element…(jquery.js)

I also can’t get the full message of the error. If I attempt to create a new slider I get this error:

Cannot read property ‘open’ of undefined

Please help!
