In the first link – picture I showed how I can now draw the structure of the 3 levels of organization. In the second link – pic, how would I like to get it. I would like each level of the organization to be placed on a separate horizontal line. Maybe some hidden empty element that would cause level alignment would be helpful?
Generally the plugin is very good and I think it is the most interesting project for schematic drawing at the moment. In the future I propose to add the possibility of inserting elements in the middle of the chain. This would make it much easier to edit and modify the structure. This is currently not possible.
By the way, I found an error that occurs when deleting several elements in a drawn chain of elements. Sometimes deleting a chain damages the diagram and prevents you from saving it after editing.

Unfortunately, there isn’t such a view at this moment. It’s not so simple to configure such a view for a global chart, so we can’t add it at this point.
Also, thanks for the suggestion about adding the elements in the middle of the chain. We will think about it.
We tested our plugin but didn’t find any issues with the saving functionality(after editing the elements). Can you tell us more details?

The problem with saving the chart occurs not always, only sometimes, and only when I try to delete the parent element with its children. for example, a whole chain of several items containing pictures and text.
Then I get a message that removing the parent will also delete the children, I confirm and the elements are removed from the diagram, but then next clicking on Save does not cause any reaction (if the correct deletion and saving is made, the diagram is closed, if it is incorrect, nothing happens, you can only click cancel) .
It is characteristic that after problematic removal, a short fragment of the line connecting the elements is still visible. You can see it in the first link I posted in the previous post.
