I connected the Integrate WooCommerce with Lightspeed (Vend) to my test website for a new client. It finally synced about 9500 products, BUT, the web server CPU has remained extremely high and the Hosting company made me disable the Plugin. Is this normal?

We intend to purchase the paid plugin once we have done more testing on the site for the client to review it is working. I understand that two-way sync is not available until we pay premium, but I am worried about the High CPU.

I’m hosted with Siteground Go Geek Plan

Can you shed any light on what this may be please.

    Hi Matt,

The plan you have is a shared hosting plan which have resource limitations. You will need to upgrade your plan to be able to run the sync without the hosting provider flagging it. You can contact the hosting support for that.

I checked your current hosting plan pricing and it is costing very much more than what we pay for enhanced features. If you would like we can setup our hosting at a lesser rate. Let us know

    Thanks,

    Sujith

Thanks for the reply. Can you send a link to your hosting plans and I can look and see if thats a better option.

We use Hostinger Premium which allows cron jobs: https://www.hostinger.com/in/pricing

None of Siteground’s shared hosting plans allow cronjobs which are essential for the automatic sync

One more thing, which plan do you recommend as a minimum?

That also depends on how many products you have and the number of visitors you expect.

For starters, I think Managed WC Business plan will be good enough: https://www.hostinger.com/in/woocommerce-hosting after we check the CPU usage, upgrading to Cloud startup can be considered.

    Hope that helps. 🙂
