'high' metabox usability

When the dgd_addNewMetaBox function happens, the Drag & Drop meta box is added to the sidebar in the high position. This is a bad thing because it’s disrupting the users expectation of what the backend should look like.

The ‘high’ option of add_meta_box should be set to ‘normal’ so that the Drag & Drop meta box replacement for the Featured Image meta box is closer to the original default location.
