I ran into an issue with Really Simple Captcha causing the form not to validate. They know about it, are going to handle it in an update – but in the meanwhile, took the time to reply to my support request, even at free level, with a suggestion to activate the quiz challenge instead, until they’ve solved the Ajax issue.
