High Resource Usage

    I’ve narrowed down my site’s extremely high resource usage (account executions and cpu usage) to this plugin. It seems that the plugin is somehow triggering constant accessing of my site’s index.php file. Is anyone else having this problem? I know that some resources are used when I’m uploading new images (I have it set to optimize after upload), but why is it hogging resources when I’m not using it’s capability? Could it have something to do with the Cloudflare API communication?

    I am running the newest version of WooCommerce and WordPress, as well as the newest version of Short Pixel. Currently I’ve had it disabled for the past 24 hours and my resource usage dropped 50%.
