    We have serious issues with Pixel Your Site slowing down our site.

    Tried to turn off AJAX but then the event id is cached. Any way to fix this? We use Kinsta and WP Rocket.

    It’s critical for us to fix this because the performance is very bad.

    Hello @owih, first, please ensure that you’re using the latest version of the plugin. At the moment, the only options are either to disable caching or to enable AJAX events. Currently, AJAX events are being used to bypass the caching layer. It may also be worth considering an upgrade to your server or hosting to help reduce the overall load.
