I use this plugin to display external featured images on my website, i have realized the plugin does consume resources highly on the server side especially when deactivated and activated.

I deactivated the plugin and reactivated it again and the server load time is high and this is not the first time – am sure the plugin is the issue. I will appreciate if you address this issue.

    Hi!

Thanks for reporting the issue. We’ve never experienced these issues, so I don’t know how to address it. Can you further explain what sort of problems you experience?

    Regards,
    David

Since it’s been two months since the user first contacted us and we received no more replies, I’m closing this support thread.

Anyway, for those interest, the latest version of our plugin (1.4.5) uses a dynamic class loader, which should reduce the memory fingerprint of our plugin.
