High unexplained trafic

Hello.

For about a week or so, I’ve experienced an unusually high volume of traffic on my website. I do have MalCare, Login Limiter, Jetpack, Blackhole, and Captchca, but I’m still worried about Bot activity. I reviewed the log and some activity involving “Woo” which I do not use. My website performance seems to be fine. Should I be worried?
