When i download from http://www.highcharts.com/download i get a map with Highcharts-9.1.0, must i cpy this completely into /wp-content/plugins/highcharts-js/ ?

You only need the JS file. See installation guide for details: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/football-pool/
