highlighting CODE in POST EDITOR for AUTHORs

hey.

the people who will write posts on this homepage i am making are NOT FAMILIAR with coding.

But when editing an article, adding a photo or a film, they have to see it in the HTML version of the article editor. And i would like them to learn how to use it, because for the styling of paragraphs it and correct placement of images it is easier to understand what you are doing.

question: is there a way / plugin / extension to WordPress, that allows the code in the POST EDITOR HTML window to be highlighted, to stand out kind of, so that the article authors do not delete </a> or < by accident ? That they learn what code looks like ?
