If I highlight a section it shows the html publicly.

For example, if I highlight text that includes a link it shows the full <a href> tag when I publish.

This fixed the issue, but it created a new one.

Now it automatically places a period (.) after the highlighted section wherever I place the [/highlight-scroll] bracket.

It’s also creating a problem with bolded text.

The highlighted portion itself usually stays bold, but any bold text after it becomes un-bolded.

The issue with bolded text only occurs if I bold the highlight scroll tag. If I unbold it the issue resolves.

But there’s also a problem where the highlights don’t show up for about 10 seconds when not logged into admin account. When logged in it shows up instantly.
