Highly Recommended

Really, I can not praise the team at WP Google Maps enough: for their product, documentation, pre-sales advice and ongoing support.

I thought I already had a decent map plugin, but WP Google Maps have created something that goes way beyond what I will ever require. And having been through my share of premium plugins over the years, this one redefines ‘value for money’.

They have not just produced a great plugin. There is also extensive supporting documentation, that includes easy to follow step-by step illustrated instructions and video tutorials – clearly designed with the user in mind. After reading as much as I could, I still had a few questions, small issues I wanted confirmation on really before I purchased. Abel took time to answer my questions and even suggesting various ways I could use the plugin. You expect full and prompt response to pre-sales queries, but it really does not stop there.

While getting started I had a few questions and issues with plugin conflicts – I am not as technically capable as I would like to be. Again the response to my questions from Steven was quick and detailed; whether offering easier solutions or resolving issues that arose with my particular theme and suite of plugin configuration. It really is comforting to know the support is as good after purchase as it was before.

I could go on, but I want to get back to creating awesome maps. Maybe this plugin does not suit everyone’s needs. If in doubt, ask them – from my experience they will be open and honest.

Just had reason to contact WPGmaps Support. Despite marking my support ticket low priority I still got a response with all the information I needed within a few hours. And that was a Monday! I guess not many people using this plugin need support 😉
