I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience and what happened to you. This seems more like an error of the plugin during the installation on the WordPress instance. It happened on some instances with the previous version of the plugin, but this is the first report with the new version that was released a few days ago. I kindly ask you to write to our ticketing system available on our site, so we can address all your requests and prioritize it.
