Hi @slevine42, I really don’t have any suggestions at this point. WPJM really wasn’t designed to handle this portion of the process. The notes section is meant to help document the process. If you are have the Applications plugin you can leave notes to document the process. If you have the paid add-ons feel free to contact us at wpjobmanager.com/support and give us an idea of what we are looking for so we can consider it for future improvements.
I have the Applications plugin. Can you be a bit more specific on where I would find the Notes?

In the jobs dashboard if you click on the applications for any listing, you are presented with a screen that shows all the applications for that listing and can rate the applicant and leave notes.
