The history tab doesn’t display correctly; the table with the information doesn’t appear, and all the information is displayed in a single column.

If you just updated to the latest version, could you ensure you have cleared your website cache too and see if that helps?

If not, could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing?

Yes, I have the latest version installed. I’ve attached a screenshot of what the history tab looks like.
