Hitting Submit – 404 Error

    We are having some issues with our contact form. We have a pretty basic setup and using it for a nomination form however after we enter our details it firstly isn’t sending the emails to the people required, it isn’t logging the nomination in the messages area and we are getting a 404-Error coming up when we hit the submit button rather than re-directing us to the correct url after. We have tried turning on/off the paypal features and that makes no difference.

    Hi,

    That’s usually due to a missconfiguration in the website root directory or because the index page of the WordPress site was removed or replaced by a static page.

    You can open a private ticket at http://wordpress.dwbooster.com/support and indicate the address of the page that contains the form to check it in detail and verify the problem.
