The author does not know that the images have ALT and TITLE.
I think you will find that this plugin is amazing and your comment reflects on how to improve it not its current function.
You can’t give feedback on something that isn’t there and if you’ve given it a 1 out of 5 because of lack of ALT and TITLE tags, that’s a silly reason and this should have been posted on the support page.

Also, images don’t have title attributes.
