Home Page Corrupted?

My home page http://www.referralvalues.com has a image space I cannot delete: scanned photo 29 edited. Also, the share buttons do not display at the bottom. If I click on the image or comments, it takes me to http://www.referralvalues.com/?p=147. That page is correct in all aspects. Also, when I edit, the preview page is correct in all aspects. But as soon as I go to http://www.referralvalues.com, the “corrupted” page appears. Please help with correcting this problem. Thanks.
