After clearing the Wp-Optimize cache the page works again. I also use cloudflare cache all rule.

Try disabling Cloudflare caching and monitor the site for a while to see if there’s any recurrence of the blank screen issue.
In addition, whenever you encounter a blank screen, try checking your site’s error log for any entry made about the same time as when you encountered the blank screen.

I added a rule in Cloudflare to disable the “Cache Everything” setting for the homepage, and I haven’t seen the issue since then. Regarding the error log, there were no errors recorded when the problem occurred. I will continue to monitor it and report back if the issue occurs again.
