This is something you’d likely have to do via a child theme. I can’t say for sure which edits you’ll have to make, but I am going to try and figure it out.
I’ll let you know what I come up with.

So to clarify some things.
Pinnacle premium has the options to have a different header on every page, post, category. But free doesn’t unfortunately.
In terms of random. That isn’t an option even with premium. You would have to create something custom and it’s a little tricker then just placing a url. You would have to be changing the background. (the image is not output as an image tag) and you would have to have all of the rotate php in a child theme on your server to run.
