More info required – Is this a new install or was it running well before and now messed up?
So you mean after you ran the install and got your username and password, you logged in and when you view site using the default theme there’s nothing there? Or did you change settings and themes etc. Give more info please, help me help you 🙂
I am having exactly the same problem, the user added pages to the site and everything was fine. Then a few months later the home page has vanished.
nmcilree, what browser are you using? I’m having the same problem when using Fire Fox or Safari. The homepage was there one day and then it was gone. I had to create a temporary re-direct to my about page for the time being.
But I had to delete some plugins that I installed.
I had installed the:
Preview Theme
Theme Tweaker
Theme Tester
Only then did the redirect work.
My tech support thinks it’s a browser incompatability with Word Pres 2.7 and has advised to use another theme or come to the forum to see if someone has a fix.
