Hi there!
“columns” is not a supported argument for our [jobs] shortcode:
https://wpjobmanager.com/document/shortcode-reference/#section-1
So I can’t guarantee that it’ll work all the time. Which plugin are you using that enables the columns?
Can you link me to these two sites? Thanks!
hi, i’m using wp job manager,
isn’t it the support page for this plugin?

http://www.chiediadarturo.it/ (here it works)
http://www.cliccasalute.it/
in this two websites i’ve used same theme and same plugins
this is the page where i found shortcodes
https://wpjobmanager.com/document/shortcode-reference/
thank you once again

Well, yes, but the “columns” part of the shortcode you showed me doesn’t make sense, because “columns” isn’t part of the shortcode as we created it. Is there some other plugin that you’re using to make columns on your site?
Also, can you let me know what version of WP Job Manager you’re using? The latest is 1.24.0.
Thanks!
yes i’m using 1.24.o
no, i’m not using other plugins, but columns isn’t a big problem
for my customer is more important to have random listing
do you have any idea how to solve it?
thank you
Ahh, I think I may see what’s going on…
Listify sometimes overrides WP Job Manager’s default behaviors. In that case, you will need to follow this guide to get random listing ordering to work:

If you need help with that, I’d suggest contacting their support folks here:
