and the menu below shop shows the different categories of products
Home is your main shop landing page, is this what you’ve selected in Products tab of WooCommerce settings?
Also, can you see WooCommerce in Appearance >> Customise/ There are some settings there too.
I’m guessing your store is similar to this one
Home is https://shop.moonacoffee.com/
but populated with content then category items are in the menu (first two from left to right)
is this what you are trying to achieve or perhaps I’ve misunderstood?

no i can’t select it because it’ll mess with my wpglobus plugin and it adds a bunch of products that i dont want

We don’t typically remove URLs from posts unless they represent a valid legal or safety threat. In the future, there is a box labeled “Link to the page you need help with” that can be used; links entered there are not visible to people who are not logged in and are not crawled by search engines.
